In the process, if the light-shielding door of the printing machine is bounced back, the stroke switch will be closed, and the current of the iodine-gamma lamp will become stronger. The current is weak and weak, which will shorten the service life of the iodine gallium lamp.
When selecting the metal sensor switch of the shader door, you should also pay attention to the following problems. Generally, a metal sensor switch with an induction interval of 1.5 to 2 mm should be selected. This type of switch was chosen because there is no brake in the motor of the screen door. If the sensing interval between the metal sensor switches we choose is too short, the screen door of the printer will enter the sensing interval and terminate the motor operation.
